Come to this session to learn how Amazon DynamoDB was built as the hyper-scale database for internet-scale applications. In January 2012, Amazon launched DynamoDB, a cloud-based NoSQL database service designed from the ground up to support extreme scale, with the security, availability, performance, and manageability needed to run mission-critical workloads. This session discloses for the first time the underpinnings of DynamoDB, and how we run a fully managed nonrelational database used by more than 100,000 customers. We cover the underlying technical aspects of how an application works with DynamoDB for authentication, metadata, storage nodes, streams, backup, and global replication.

Are you struggling to manage multiple tables in DynamoDB and tired of complex and slow code? Look no further than single table design! In this video, I'll explain what single table design is and explore the benefits it can bring to your DynamoDB projects. You'll learn how to simplify your code and boost performance by structuring your data in a single table. But, as with any solution, there are also scenarios where single table design may not be the best choice. I'll cover those too, so you can make an informed decision on when to use this powerful technique. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced DynamoDB user, this video will equip you with the knowledge you need to take your table design to the next level. - Getting started with DynamoDB: 🤍 - 7 Common DynamoDB Patterns for Modeling and Building an App with Alex De Brie: 🤍 - Check more about DynamoDB in this playlist: 🤍 #foobar #serverless ⭐ SUBSCRIBE TO THIS CHANNEL: 🤍 ⭐SHARE THIS VIDEO: 🤍 ☆☆ FOLLOW ME ONLINE ☆☆ 🐦 Twitter: 🤍 📺 AWS Spanish Youtube Channel: 🤍 📷 Instagram: foobar_codes 📚 All my Serverless Courses: 🤍 ✍️ My blog - 🤍 ☆☆ ABOUT FOOBAR ☆☆ In this channel, you can find mostly coding tutorials related to cloud and serverless. Amazon DynamoDB is a managed, NoSQL database service Amazon DynamoDB is a key-value and document database that delivers single-digit millisecond performance at any scale. And as we know it can act as a replacement for Elasticache and it is known to provide sub-millisecond performance, Dynamo DB is also not that behind it also gives you faster performance with single-digit millisecond performance. DynamoDB is serverless with no servers to provision, patch, or manage and no software to install, maintain or operate. and DynamoDB automatically scales tables up and down to adjust for capacity and maintain performance as well. For resilience, In dynamodb - Availability and fault tolerance are built-in, eliminating the need to architect your applications for these capabilities.
