#air_pollution #dhaka_air_pollution #bangladesh বিশ্বে বায়ু দূষণের তালিকায় শীর্ষে বাংলাদেশ। ২০২০ সালে বিশ্বে বায়ু দূষণের শীর্ষে রয়েছে বাংলাদেশে। সুইজারল্যান্ডভিত্তিক বায়ুর মান পরিমাপকারী সংস্থা আইকিউএয়ারের এক প্রতিবেদনে এই তথ্য উঠে এসেছে। বায়ু দূষণে বিশ্বের মধ্যে দ্বিতীয় স্থানে রয়েছে পাকিস্তান (৫৯.০) ও তৃতীয় স্থানে ভারত (৫১.৯)।সংস্থাটি বায়ুর মান পরিমাপে ফুসফুসের জন্য ক্ষতিকর পার্টিকুলেট ম্যাটার বা পিএম২.৫ বলে পরিচিত বস্তুকণার ঘনত্বের ভিত্তিতে এই তালিকা তৈরি করেছে। পৃথকভাবে বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে দূষিত দেশ ও রাজধানীর তালিকা প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। এই প্রতিবেদনে ১০৬টি দেশের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা হয়েছে।সংস্থাটির প্রতিবেদন অনুসারে, ২০২০ সালে বাংলাদেশে বায়ুতে পিএম-২.৫ এর উপস্থিতি প্রতি ঘনমিটারে ছিল ৭৭ দশমিক ১। বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থার বেঁধে দেওয়া সীমার চেয়ে এটি সাত গুণ বেশি।এই সংস্থার ২০১৯ সালের প্রতিবেদনে বাংলাদেশের বায়ুতে এই কণার উপস্থিতি ছিল আরও বেশি। বছরজুড়ে গড়ে তা ছিল ৮৩ দশমিক ৩০। আর ২০১৮ সালে ছিল ৯৭ দশমিক ১০।বায়ু দূষণে শীর্ষ রাজধানী হিসেবে টানা তৃতীয়বার উঠে এসেছে ভারতের রাজধানী নয়া দিল্লি। ২০২০ সালের প্রতিবেদনে বিশ্বের মোট ৫০টি সর্বাধিক দূষিত শহরের মধ্যে ৩৫টিই ভারতের।দূষিত রাজধানীর তালিকায় দ্বিতীয় স্থানে রয়েছে ঢাকা। রাজধানী বায়ুতে দূষিত কণার উপস্থিতির পরিমাণ প্রতি ঘনমিটারে ৭৭ দশমিক ১। তবে বাংলাদেশের সবচেয়ে দূষিত শহর হিসেবে তালিকায় উঠে এসেছে মানিকগঞ্জ।বিশ্বে বায়ু দূষণের তালিকায় চতুর্থ স্থানে রয়েছে মঙ্গোলিয়া, পঞ্চম স্থানে আফগানিস্তান, ষষ্ঠ স্থানে ওমান, সপ্তম স্থানে কাতার, অষ্টম স্থানে কিরগিজস্থান, নবম স্থানে ইন্দোনেশিয়া এবং দশম স্থানে বসনিয়া হার্জেগোভিনা।
